Hotel Regent Sydney offers function catering for small private lunches or dinner events to large parties or functions available for up to 120 guests.
There are two function areas available for hire on the upper level of Hotel:
- Lounge Area: Capacity for up to 50 guests and includes dining area, bar, large screen TV’s and Lounge area.
- Entire Floor: Capacity for up to 120 guests and includes full smoking area (No food to be consumed in this area), lounges, Bar, Dining area and large screen TV’s
Please note: Any function of 50 or more guests require booking of whole upper level of hotel.

• Room hire (Lounge area up to 50 guests) for Entire floor (50 – 120 guests) Fees payable for certain events.
• Any Function for 50 people or more requires an additional security guard (min 4 hours) or duration of function
• Function food is a requirement of any function and must be ordered and paid for at least 3 days prior to your event. No BYO food or drinks with exception of cake.
